From May through October, vendors set up every Tuesday, rain or shine, from 10am to 2pm. Everything from jams to guacamole, breads and pies to mushrooms and produce, seafood to coffee is right here.
We were excited to see the 60th Summer Concert Season at Rehoboth Beach Bandstand Season unveiled recently. With varying genres, there is sure to be something for everyone in the family. All shows are free and every year, over 40 bands are selected to perform in an open-air concert venue just steps from the beach.
The goal of the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand is to provide entertainment through music, movies, variety acts, and other local, regional, and national performances.
Concerts typically run Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 – 9:15 pm.

An Empire Begins…
The success of the Atlantic View in Dewey Beach in its two short years of operation was enough to get the Simplers (aka Seaboard Hospitality) looking to continue their expansion into the hotel side of the hospitality business. It was 1980, just two years after ground was broken for the Atlantic View (read more on Atlantic View here). An opportunity to build another hotel became available in Rehoboth Beach. This became the site of the Beach View hotel.
