Yes. Each guest room at Beach View Hotel includes one complimentary on-site parking space. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and becomes available after 12 noon on your arrival day, including designated check-in parking areas.

No. Any costs associated with off-site parking, including parking meters, permits, garages, or parking tickets, are the guest’s responsibility. If you have questions about parking during your stay, please contact the Front Desk for assistance.

We do not allow minors under 21 years of age to book a room or to stay unaccompanied by an adult.

Valid photo ID is required for the check-in process as well as to process a credit card.

We require a credit card to guarantee all reservations and a credit card to be physically scanned at check-in. When making a reservation online, your credit card will be charged a deposit equivalent to one nights’ room and tax. Please review our cancellation policy.

To avoid loss of your deposit plus tax, you need to cancel your reservation or change the dates of your stay no later than 8 days prior to your arrival date. Any changes or cancellations to reservations prior to 8 days before arrival is subject to a $25 processing fee. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival date your deposit will be nonrefundable. Date changes are not allowed within 7 days of your arrival date. The balance due will be payable at check-in. Refunds will not be given for weather-related cancellations or for early departure.

Hotel stays in Rehoboth Beach are subject to a state tax of 8% per night and an additional 3% City Tax.

Yes, children under 9 years of age stay free. Rates are based on 2 people. Each additional person in the room will be charged $20.00 per person per night regardless of room type.

Yes, we do have guest laundry coin-operated facilities. Laundry detergent soap may be purchased at the Front Desk.

To ensure all guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay, Quiet Hours are observed nightly from 10 pm to 8 am. For your comfort and protection, we will not allow parties or any noise disturbances inside or outside Beach View Hotel. In the event that you are disturbed by noise coming from this property, please call the front desk by dialing “0″ and your concern will be given prompt attention.

We are a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, on all balconies, on the pool deck, or any stairwell. There is a designated smoking area on property.

If it is determined that a guest or anyone in the guest’s party has smoked in a non-smoking area, their room rate will be increased by $250.00 and guest will be asked to leave the property.

Since we cater to guests with allergies, we do not allow pets in our rooms. An unregistered pet will result in a $250.00 fee.

We accept properly trained service animals; they must be trained in a unique skill. We do not accept Emotional Support animals except for dogs specifically trained for military personnel with PTSD and the like.
